There is an assembly hall housing 750 visitors, a musical school, 2 gymnasiums, a stadium, a dining hall for 450 persons, lunchroom in hostels and academic buildings, an aid post, sanatorium-preventorium, a bath-house, sports and dancing grounds, shops, regular bus service to Bryansk.

On the territory of the Academy besides academic buildings, hostels, a dining hall, etc. there are apartment houses, a good kindergarten, sewage-purification facilities with the capacity of 750 cubic meters a day. The roads are with a hard coating. All houses are gasified.

| In the experimental farm "Kokino" the Bryansk State Agricultural Academy has built houses with 150 apartments, an elementary school, à boiler-house, roads with a hard coating, a grain cleaning complex with a grain storage of 3600 tons, potato-sorting station Ê-750, a pedigree farm of dairy cattle and many other industrial installations. The village Skuratovo is fully gasified. |
